Yoga became an important outlet to build strength both emotionally and physically alongside Lorraine's professional dance career, and she found huge value in the transformative power of the practice.

Lorraine teaches with compassion and kindness, and focuses on breath to create rhythm and flow in the practice. She aims for her students to find the right balance between active engagement and effortlessness.
