Natalia’s classes are all about listening to your body and moving at your own pace. Her teaching style is warm, inclusive, and deeply empowering.
Her Yoga journey began as a quest for healing—seeking relief for injured knees and a way to calm her restless mind. The practice proved so transformative that she completed her first teacher training in 2018, driven by a desire to guide others toward pain-free, joyful living.
Since her foundational 250-hour certification with Fierce Grace, Natalia has expanded her expertise through specialized trainings: pregnancy yoga with Yoga Mama, hands-on assists and adjustments with Hotpod Yoga, and adaptive yoga for MS with Garth McLean.
