Lucy Munns

Lucy fell in love with Pilates as a daily practice to manage her anxiety, and decided to turn her passion into her career.

She has been an accredited Pilates instructor for over five years, teaching in both studio classes and 1:1 clients. Her classes are strong and dynamic, but with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-care.

Lucy is a friendly, energetic and approachable instructor, who will encourage you to challenge yourself, build your strength - but always make sure you are taking the utmost care of your body.
