Louise Churchill Brewer

Lou has been practising yoga for nine years and is a certified 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga teacher. Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, she soon discovered its deeper capacity to cultivate mindfulness and overall wellbeing.

Her classes combine mindful movement with physical challenge, encouraging students to explore their strength, balance and focus while connecting breath with movement to create ease in both body and mind.

Lou continues to deepen her own practice through regular self-practice, classes, and workshops.

Beyond the mat, Lou enjoys getting outdoors to garden, hike, run and cycle; she also loves to cook and spend with her grown-up children.
